We were met by Ann who was very friendly . She explained about coronavirus measures in place .we were given sheets to put on pillows and beds She asked what we were after and as it was a mattress she asked if we would like to have the three minute sleep match test to see which mattress was best suited to us.We did this and Ann showed us the various mattresses from the results. We chose one and Ann checked the availability for us as we wanted one asap.Ann then completed the order for us

On arrival there was hand sanitizer at the door and we were welcomed as soon as we walked in. I felt very safe in these uncertain times with Covid and we’re provided with PPE to use when trying the beds.
