From the moment we walked in to the store we were attended to by a knowledgeable and courteous member of staff. He explained what, due to Covid-19, was the new "Norm" in our shopping experience. He took us through the process of looking, trying and if we were to, the purchase of our new bed. He was mindful of Social Distancing Measures and it felt as if he was truly concerned for our welfare.

Ann was very knowledgable, helpful and engaging. She took the time to listen to our needs and the feedback we provided on the mattresses that we were trying, tailoring recommendations based on our feedback. She was friendly and personable and a great ambassador for dreams.
