Glenn took time to explain everything to me. Covid measures were excellent. Offered a bottle of water. Sleep match was brilliant. Took the time to understand my budget and didn't pressure me. Was friendly and helpful.

Ann Andy and Laura were all lovely and polite and demonstrated that they knew the products they were selling. They took the time we needed them to take as we wanted to get it right due to spending over a thousand pounds! We used the sleep master technology too which was great to get an idea of our body requirements for a new mattress.
