Chris,the young man who looked after me was extremely polite and helpful and his cup of coffee was much appreciated. I was not pressured in any way which is so nice these days and was made to feel very comfortable during the time spent with him.Thank-you Chris.

The college who assisted us James looked after us throughout he was friendly, knowledgeable, offered us a drink made a lovely coffee explained the process of using the scanner and showed us all the mattresses that met our needs we couldn’t have asked for anything more ousting service on his part

I went to Dreams with a particular mattress in mind. Unfortunately you don’t stock it, but Chris the assistant was very knowledgable about the stock. He recommended quite a few different mattresses for my needs. He offered me hot and cold drinks a number of times. All in all I was very satisfied with the service. He was unable to confirm a date for delivery, but I got a phone call the following morning with a date.

Chris the Sales Assistant was polite, explained everything clearly and was able to answer all our questions.

Very helpful member of staff who provided advice and guidance but also gave us the space to discuss and come to a decision without feeling under pressure.

Chris from Southport Store served me. Very helpful. Knowlegable. Helpful. Friendly. Felt at ease with him. Offered me a Hot and Cold drink. Covered all areas like mattress protection, pillows, everything really. And the Manager was great too

I was served by Glenn, he took time to show me all the beds/mattresses I wanted to see/try he was very informed on everything, most helpful when I could decide between what was on offer

I was after 2 ottoman beds for after we move house, was told I could postpone delivery if I wanted too & also was called by a member of the team a few days after to say both beds were in the Black Friday sale

Chris at the Southport store was fantastic and helped us far beyond any other sales person we have ever encountered at any other shops
