Laura was very helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and took time to make sure that we were sure we had made the right choice. At all times she made sure that PPE was in place and 2m social distancing was observed, I always felt safe and secure.

Glenn, the staff member working at the Southport Kew Retail Park branch was brilliant. Great with the COVID-19 guidelines but not letting it hinder his attention to customer needs and satisfaction. Very friendly and knew the products inside out.
