The sales person,Glenn,was extremely efficient,friendly and knowledgeable. He explained ,in detail, everything we asked him,nothing seemed to be to much trouble.

We were greeted by Laura at the door. She was so welcoming and offered us hand sanitizer and a bottle of water on arrival. Laura was really friendly and quite clearly had vast amounts of knowledge about the products and the business. The sleep match machine was unbelievable and myself and my partner were so taken back by how it worked and the benefits of using this equipment. Laura again explained throughout the benefit of the assessment and demonstrated amazing knowledge around this. After trying many options of mattresses, we made our choice with amazing support from Laura. Her whole approach and skill was really useful and we truest feel we have made the right choice for us as a couple. Laura went through all the benefits and offers and we felt that we were fully able to make a informal choice on our purchase. The other staff were equally as warm and friendly and the whole experience was brilliant. Thank you for all your support Laura. We can’t wait to try our new Dreams purchases.
