Glenn was very attentive to our needs and made sure that themed we ordered was the correct firmness - following the use of the assessment machine.

Glen (I think, sorry it’s been over a week) was working in store on his own. He was extremely efficient. The store was busy at the time we called in but he made sure everyone was seen to, he didn’t rush anyone and made sure they were happy browsing whilst he attended to the customers one at a time. His knowledge of the products was impressive. Even when there was a computer glitch he assured me he would get it sorted and contacted me the minute I got home to advise it had been resolved.

Eve was amazing and helped with our purchase we spent a long time debating which mattress to choose and she was very patient with us, got a complimentary coffee while we sorted out our finance options so pleased with everything

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PRODUCTS AND WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR ME AS I HAVE CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME I ACHE IN MORNING AND FIND IT DIFFICULT GETTING TO SLEEP AT NIGHT
