We were greeted as we entered the store by Laura, who informed us of the precautions that were in place such as hand Sanitiser, face masks etc and because there was already another customer in store that she would lock the door so no one else could enter so social distancing could be maintained. When it came to looking at the beds she was on hand to explain the choices of colour, design, even the different slats available but she wasn't pushy. After trying different mattresses and pillows we made our choice for purchase and sat down to discuss payment/ delivery options. A first class service from start to finish well done.

Excellent service from lovely friendly staff. Loved the bed to see which mattress is best for me. The wonderful assistant and her manager couldn’t of been more helpful. Particularly love the mattress collection and the fact it will be recycled, well done Dreams, keep on saving the environment. 💖
