The salesperson was helpful and offered beverages and was extremely attentive without being overbearing which I was very happy with because if I feel pressured I will leave a store, I left a store without making a purchase the previous day due to the sales team pushing a sale, I was approached on 4 different occasions by 4 different sales staff within 5 minutes so I left and came to your company and I am very pleased to say I spent more than I really wanted to on the mattress and other items however the service and quality is second to none.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Unlike other stores I felt I was getting good advice.

Very satisfied with every part of the journey with Dreams at the Soutport Branch, Glenn the sales person was, offered me and my partner tea and coffee, which wasnt offered at DFS last weekend. Me my partner used the Dreams mattress machine which was very interesting, Glenn's customer service was excellent right through to completing the sale, and throughout the credit agreement and delivery structure. Dreams offer a great service with old mattress collection which we excepted. 10 out of 10 Thank you Ian Butterworth and Carole Buck.
