Very attentive staff, high quality products, allowed us to explain what we were looking for and worked hard to find a product to suit our budget as well as comfort

We set out today just to research beds with a view to buying a new bed within the next few weeks to mark our 40th wedding anniversary. This was our first visit to Dreams but we were so impressed with the selection available in the showroom, the friendly encouragement to take our time trying the beds and the overall professionalism of the service (thank you Ann) that we ended up placing our order today. We are delighted, particularly as we know we will now have our new bed in good time for our anniversary. Well done Dreams!!

Laura was so friendly and helpful and went into great detail explaining the different options we had and which would best suit our needs, we weren't rushed she was happy to converse with us and made us feel totally comfortable, we were even offered a drink while we made the order.
