The member of staff who dealt with our order knew all about selected items and was most helpfull in organising the delivery which is due next week at a time to suit our needs

Everone I dealt with was professional whilst being 'real' - they understand it is a big purchase and they wanted to make it right for me. Everyone was happy for us to try out as much as we wanted, and we even went home to measure up to double check it was all going to fit on delivery. There was no pushy sales pitch, everything was done at our speed.

Glenn who served me in the SOUTHPORT store couldn’t have been more helpful . He was very knowledgeable and I didnt feel pressured in any way . Very friendly store .
