We had no idea what type of mattress we needed so were very impressed with the machine that tested us lying on it. We were then able to compare various beds at different prices before choosing. All in all a pleasant experience and no undue sales pressure.

The Assistant, Anne was most helpful and did her utmost to accommodate us. She asked what we wanted, gave us a wide choice and didn't hurry us.

I was attended to soon after entering the store. Glenn was very knowledgeable about the products and listened carefully to my needs. I was offered coffee and made to feel very comfortable. I suffer with anxiety and find shopping extremely difficult but the staff at dreams Southport helped me every step of the way and I sincerely thank them for that.
