friendly efficient staff

Greeted with a friendly manner by Glenn, answered our questions , nothing too much trouble. Glenn provided us with a coffee and had plenty of time for us. We are very happy customers as he also did his very best price that he could . Glenn gave us pillows and a mattress topper for our custom . Very happy and our son is looking forward to getting his new bed !!

Our customer assistant Glenn was a lovely guy and provided us from start to finish with product knowledge and catered for all our needs. Also making us a drink too :). Would definitely recommend him when visiting this store 100%.

Glenn and Andy were very knowledgeable about products and confident salesman without being pushy. Started with the sleep match machine, types of mattresses whilst drinking coffee and lying on the mattresses, comparing bases and trying the tempur pillows. I have bought a wonderful bed,mattress & tempur pillow.

Staff extremely attentive and helpful; not pushy and gave plenty of time to test and experience different beds. Buying was made very easy.

Ann the lady in the Southport store was very helpful and be bought extra pillows we did not know you could get pillows for sleeping on your side. The delivery men were both very nice they put plastic bags over there shoes when they came in to the house.

From the moment we stepped through the door Glenn was amazing with us - helping us every step of the way - from finding which mattress we needed and to the pillows we chose. He listened and didn’t push anything onto us. He knew exactly what he was talking about and his product knowledge was spot on. Thanks to him we left with a new bed frame, mattress, pillows and duvet!
