The assistant was highly knowledgeable on all the products he was selling to me, he was full of energy and polite, had a nice personality.

we had just been to Benson's for beds and the sales ppl were on us straight away so we when to dreams Andy the sales man just asked if we need any help we told him we were just looking he said if we need anything just ask. we made are choice and Andy was very helpful :)

Glenn was very helpful and very polite. He made me feel really welcome, the product was a very reasonable price for an excellent quality air mattress. He got it straight away, offered me a drink and made my experience very pleasant

Our sales gentleman Andy was a ‘dream’. He knew all the products inside out and knew what we was looking for and what our needs were. absolutely fantastic customer service skills and the manager who out the sale through she was also extremely helpful and friendly.

I had already decided I wanted a Tempur mattress Andy explained the differences perfectly A week later I took my son into the shop, Glenn put him on the bed computer and he also decided he wanted a Tempur mattress Apart from a glitch with the computer the order went ahead. Bonus £100 and 2 free pillows on each order. Can’t wait for our new beds to arrive.
