The store adviser in the Southport branch (Laura) was excellent she gave us ample time to discuss our needs and thoroughly explained the advantages of the product we were considering buying whilst offering alternatives at varying prices. She displayed excellent IT knowledge and used the online screen in the shop to present what our purchase would eventually look like. We were offered refreshment and in no way pressured into making our purchase.

I visited the Southport store and the two members of staff made my experience wonderful. The lady who served me (I think her name was Ann) was wonderful. She explained to me what type of bed would be best for me with my budget and Andy offered us a cup of tea and was also extremely friendly and helpful!

Your colleague was friendly,knowledgeable and for me personally,gave me space and was not pushy.?This as a unenthusiastic shopper made my visit ideal,and I will return.

When we entered the store we were greeted by the sales agent Laura Cartwright, she was polite and friendly. She asked if we needed assistance. She offered us a drink and we told her what we where looking for. Her knowledge was excellent. She gave us many different options and then we purchased the bed we wanted. We left very happy customers therefore a well deserved highly recommended. Thank you dreams and Laura Cartwright - from the Southport store.

Glenn was very accommodating and greeted us well. We were purchasing a TV bed and he made the experience in store a pleasure. We were offered drinks and shown the beds, mattresses and pillows.
