Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though the item we wanted was not available in store, it was described well to us and we were shown a picture online. We were greeted well, offered a drink, we went on the Sleepmatch bed and ordered a mattress and pillows from that experience. The social distancing was well carried out. The colleague who looked after us was called Glenn.

Glen our assistant was very friendly and explained l the covid rules for the store. We were offered water during our visit and pillows to try whilst testing mattresses. We were very impressed with the digital assessment for the best mattresses for us. Very happy with our purchase and service

No pressure sales at all but really informative salesman took the time to really understand what we required and was very knowledgeable on all models of mattress ,fantastic service and wish other department stores adopted this approach
