I went into the store to only look! An hour later I am coming out of the store having bought a bed!

We were desperate for a new mattress and popped in to the Southport store to take a look. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome and Ann asked a few questions to begin with and was not pushy in anyway, unusual for sales staff. She offered the use of the 'sleepmatch' to help guide our buying needs. After the test, she showed us various mattresses that we tested and eventually agreed upon one. Ann understood our sleeping needs and also my unfortunate chronic pain condition and helped me to decide what was best. We then ordered and paid, delivery was scheduled for less than a week, this was fantastic. Looking forward to a better nights sleep!
