Glenn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We didnt intend to spend as much as we did on our tv bed and mattress. But because Glenn showed us how to use the tvs and demonstrated the sound systems etc. We chose a better bed than we had seen online. We also used the mattress diagnositic machine which was great because Glenn showed us the different matresses it had picked for us and we could try them out. We were not rushed and could test the matresses for as long as we wanted, with a lovely pillow which we bought as well. Any questions we had were answered.

Glenn was very helpful. The item was for my young daughter. Glenn talked to her as well as Husband and I. I thought that was really nice as She was in fact the customer.

Glenn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We were greeted as we walked through the door and offered drinks as we browsed- the ice cold water on a warm day was particularly welcome. When selecting a mattress, we were offered different types of pillows to try which enabled us to choose the most comfortable combination. Glenn was attentive, but also gave us time to try the mattresses at our leisure.
