Both the employees serving us in the Southport store (Glenn + ?) on Friday Afternoon are a credit to your company. Good sales techniques, but also very friendly and non pushy. Clearly take pride in their work.

We were greeted very warmly as soon as we entered the shop. The knowledge of Anne and Glenn was exceptional and they answered all our questions positively. We were encouraged to try lots of products and all the features and benefits were clearly explained. We were given a cup of coffee whilst we tried out a few mattresses.
