The staff were all patient with my inclination to change my mind and were more than happy to explain the benefits and options available on all items considered. They went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction gave enough space to allow for private discussion with my husband. 100% excellence from start to finish.

we had a lovely guy called Andy who was a world of knowledge, even the 2 other member of staff were great. They asked us if we wanted a drink & were genuinely lovely people.

Very happy with the professional and friendly approach of staff. Glenn took time to discuss each option whilst paying attention to my own particular needs. It was also nice being given the opportunity to test recommended mattresses at my leisure.
