We were greeted by your sales assistant was very helpful we didn't feel pressured to buy but she explained all your range of products and guided us around those products Due to the sales on bedding we purchased more than we had planned A really pleasant experience

I cannot thank Andy at the Southport store enough for being so helpful. I came in wanting to purchase a particular mattress and explained that it would be used in the guest room. He was very honest about that mattress and gave me some other great options. Between him and Laura, they found me the perfect mattress and gave exceptional service.

Customer service excellent - very good knowledge regarding products.

Andy is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. He was friendly (offered cup of tea) and explained each step in the transaction. Having said that, he was not over-bearing but left us quietly to consider our options.

The staff couldn't be more helpful Anthony was, superb and the manager assisted me with the colours and there was another lady whom went and got my husband a, drink as he wasn't feeling to good and they gave the grandchildren colouring so as we could look around went above and beyond their duties

Although I didn't know what I wanted when I went in, the staff were very friendly and helpful in asking questions to find out what I needed and in giving advise on the different types of mattresses and there difference's. So that I walked away with a mattress that I was happy with and I knew why I was happy with it.
