Dreams has diagnostic bed that helps customer find the appropriate mattress to relieve pressure/discomfort when sleeping. The staff is very knowledgeable.

Excellent service from Glenn. Attentive without being too pushy. Very helpful in guiding us to a choice of 3 mattresses. He made sure we remained Covid safe throughout the visit. We were offered water. We used the diagnostic sleep machine.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to give us the best price and experience. Everything was clearly explained and gone over before any documents have been signed. The staff clearly knew their products and how to combine it with any discounts or sales within the store.

We were very impressed as soon as we walked into the store. We were seen to straight away by lovely lady called Andrea she was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. There was no pressure put on us to buy we were able to talk about it by ourselves We would definitely recommend this store.

Good, quick service

Greeted as we entered the door by a Dreams adviser. Listened to what we wanted and gave his advice on the beds availble to match our needs. Was professional in his manner and friendly. Was just as professional when after all his time we changed our minds on colour etc and went for a different bed.
