Friendly service , great experience

Glenn was very welcoming and helpful but he was not a pushy salesman like we had in a neighbouring shop.

All store staff were friendly and helpful yet not overbearing. Andy quickly identified products within our price range that were what we wanted, he was very knowledgeable. Andy pointed out the extra floor space we would require in our bedroom for the particular bed we had chosen, this gave us the opportunity to return home and measure to check it would definitely fit before returning to the store to make our purchase. The lady that processed our order was very efficient and explained things well, she even manage to sell us a few extras! The quick delivery time was also very helpful.

The most satisfying part of our experience at DREAMS KEW RETAIL PARK was the service by Glenn. He was highly helpful and friendly. We didn't feel pushed to buying a particular product. The store manager was also very accommodating. The staff at DREAMS create the perfect environment for buying a bed.

From the moment we walked through the door, Glenn was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was a delight. We spent an hour in the shop and he was always happy to assist with any questions we had about your products. The simple gesture of a cup of tea whilst looking around was the cherry on the cake.
