Staff knew all the products so well that they were able to find what I wanted. Southport staff served me coffee and entertained my difficult 4 year old grandson whilst helping me choose a bed and mattress. There was no pressure, which made us return and order. Staff excellent and professional

Excellent service and advice. Andy gave me lots of advice and was very helpful and supportive. It was excellent customer service. I always shop online however when buying a bed I thought it was way to do it face to face and I wasn’t disappointed.

Glenn the shop assistant was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the different products.

I was looking for a special mattress. I am on the large side and was experiencing sleep problems (leg pains). I spoke to Laura in the Southport store via telephone and was blown away with her knowledge and professional attitude. I went into the store later that day and purchased a £1500 mattress. Her attitude and experience with dealing with people was fantastic.
