The service was very friendly, Glenn was very well mannered and attentive but not over the top, we felt comfortable and were given plenty of time to decide. We were also offered drinks. Glenn was very knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with his advice regarding which mattress would be the best for my back

The member of staff, Glenn, was friendly and knowleganle about the product. More importantly, once I had explained my needs to him he just pointed me towards the correct products and then left me to find what i needed without pressuring me. Once i had selected what i wanted, he processed the order quickly and efficiently and while he did sell a few extras, there was nothing that i didn;t want anyway. Finally, he made a good cup of coffee for me.

Sales employees where very helpful and knowledgeable with a fast, efficient and friendly service.

This was our first time using Dreams and would definitely recommend this store to others. we were greeted promptly by two salesman and after having advised them of our needs, we were promptly shown the options available to us. We were encouraged to test out mattresses and once our decision was made, the transaction itself was quick and easy. We were offered a cup tea which had we not needed to be elsewhere we would've accepted as we were enjoying the conversation and laughs with both the salesmen. The staff also carried out the purchase to the car.

Glenn was very good, he wasn't in my face - which I cannot abide... he showed me exactly what I was looking for and left me to try out each of the beds without any pressure. He also showed me various pillows and I selected two of them plus a mattress. Great shopping experience.

The Sales Assistant who helped us during our visit was highly knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and helped us to select and purchase the required bed, mattress and pillows.

We were greeted pleasantly by our salesman Glenn,who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout.We were happy to see a varied choice on offer and pleased with our final choice.
