We were very satisfied with our purchase of a new bed. Andy the sales man was very good and helpful. Suggesting trying different beds to make sure the bed we wanted was the right one. He even gave use a cup of tea which went down very well. So a big thank you to Andy.

Keith was very friendly, answered all of the questions we had. The bed has now arrived and I've had my first nights sleep on it, it is absolutely perfect, exactly what we were looking for!

We found the bed settee whilst browsing on-line and therefore identified the nearest store which had the specific model in store (according to the website). We rang to confirm and the phone was answered promptly by a knowledgable and helpful staff member. When we visited the store he immediately recognised my voice. His colleague helped us but also left us on our own to have a private conversation and to thoroughly check for ourselves that the product met our needs. Throughout the sale, he was courteous without being pushy. Would visit this store again when purchasing our next bed.

The salesman GLENN was excellent with us he made everything g so easy and I can’t praise him enough we’re quite late going in but that was not a problem with GLENN and her stayed later than was expected which I though was way above standards I would highly recommend him for employee of the month as he was so helpful and looked after us so well I would definitely be recommending my family and friends to go to that store and ask for him Thanks Joanne and Thomas cross 07432550451

GLENN AT SOUTHPORT STORE VERY HELPFUL EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BEEN A FEW TIMES TO STORE WITHOUT BUYING A MATTRESS BUT WE DID IN THE END MAINLY DUE TO HIS HELPFULLNESS AND UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE.

The sales assistant,Ann,couldn't have been more helpful. Her product knowledge was excellent. My wife has mobility problems and was given every assistance for her needs including coffee for both of us. we left the store completely satisfied.
