Offered us drinks, time to consider and talked us through multiple options. Was consistently on hand to make recommendations, but allowed us to work through the information provided at our own pace. I found the assistant to be very helpful in explaining the product to me on a visit to look around. I went back a few days later with my husband and we were served by the same gentleman who was extremely helpful and pleasant.

We were allowed to look at the beds and mattresses on sale and then Keith was available to give the brand and product information and thorough guidance on all products. He encouraged us to 'sample' every connotation with all the guidance we required to help maker our decision. superb experience.
