Glenn, your colleague who assisted us, kindly explained you colour coding system for the type of mattress we were looking for. He directed us to where most of them were and then kindly got us a drink. He checked from time to time to make sure we were ok and if we required any assistance. When we made our decision to purchase he processed this speedily and sorted out a suitable delivery date. We were happy to be given time and space to look and try the different mattresses and did not feel pressurised into buying.

From the minute we walked through the store we were greeted by Rachel who was very friendly, extremely helpful and she described everything to us perfectly so that we knew how to test out the beds and compare what we needed to. The other sales member also offered us a tea or coffee and allowed us to use the bathroom facilities. Rachel did not rush as and let us take all the time we needed to decide. She also answered all the questions we asked. The mattress we chose had a brilliant discount and the fact we are able to swap it after 30 days if we are not satisfied also provides peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to send family and friends to the store in the future. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
