Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable first explaining the differances in the mattress and what each each different colours on the end of the beds mean. She explained everything necessary and asked what it was I was looking for and helped selecting the perfect product for me no pressure and pushing and gave me a the relevant information to make my own informed choice. She was very nice and made us a drink wilst we sorted out the order. Thank you very much again Rachel.

The mattress was comfortable, meets the needs and the price is reasonable. Nice friendly helpful staff.

Dreams did not stock the Tempur mattress we had seen elsewhere but Rachel was very knowledgeable and helped and advised on a very similar model.

Glenn was very helpful and gave a good explanation of how all the mattresses were constructed. He was also knowledgeable about the products and new colours for the product we required.

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by the very friendly Ann. Who asked us what we were there for and if she could help. Ann talked us through all of the mattress options and spent good time in sharing her thoughts and ensuring we had the best pillows to test! We're so pleased that we chose to come in store after looking online, great service with refreshments from Ann and Glenn! I'd recommend family & friends to pay them a visit and learn about the products they're buying from the very knowledgeable staff! Thank you!

The College new her products and was very friendly and very professional.

I was greated with a warm smile as soon as I walked in , the friendliness of the staff was excellent , product knowledge and assistance was great . I was made to feel welcome , there was no hard sell. The layout of the store was good and I had the opportunity to view other options on the big screen if frame was not displayed in store , I was shown fabric swatches as well as demonstrated measurements which were all helpful ideas which made making my choice much easier.
