Really friendly staff who took the time to understand our needs and showed us alternatives to the mattress we were looking at to ensure we were making the right choice - they then left us to decide but we’re ready as soon as we were to help with our order; they weren’t pushy at all and we weren’t made to feel like we had to buy anything - we were delighted they had the mattress we wanted in stock and as it was rolled up and boxed we were able to take it home with us that day.

We were greated by a lady call Rachel who was very helpful as it was our first time buying. She went through different mattresses with us and made us feel comfortable trying these out.

Very friendly and helpful staff . New we were going over the road to another shop and said he would stay open for us if it went past closing time. We did come back and he went through everything again with us. Made sure we were sure. We are now waiting for our delivery of exactly what we wanted .

Rachel the shop assistant in Dreams at the KEW retail park in Southport was wonderful, kind caring, friendly ,knowledgeable and very very helpful. She couldn't do any more for me. Friendly helpful staff who helped us to find and select our items. Coffee provided while order completed, excellent service. Shame that a lot of people may not know you are here due to Benson's on busier location round the corner. We went there first but glad we checked you out, we saved money and enjoyed the experience.

Dealt with Ann and Glenn in Southport Dreams Store. Very helpful and friendly. Made you feel welcome. Tried various beds and was also made a coffee.

My wife and I wanted to see the Kelso Sofa Bed before purchasing & found that your Southport Store had one for us to look at, we have been looking for a sofa bed for a while, but none of the other Bed Stores we had been to had any for us to look at. We visited your Southport Store and were greeted by Andy & Glenn who could not have been more helpful, they are just like a double act, but gave us their full attention and demonstrated the sofa bed to us extremely well and they even made us a cup of tea. All the paperwork was completed efficiently and explained very well to us and given a delivery date in November to suit us. We would definitely recommend your Store to our friends & family, especially the Southport branch. We hope the delivery goes as smoothly as our purchase did.

As soon as I walked in to the showroom I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Glenn was there to ensure I made the choice, he offered me a drink, pillow and plenty of beds to try out. He allowed me plenty of time to try the beds and encouraged me to take as long as needed. He was helpful and offered full explanations when questioned, he also listened. Once I had choose the bed he went through everything with me. Throughout the time there he was courteous, polite, friendly and helpful.

I was greeted by a member of staff as soon as I entered the store. He explained how the store was laid out and where I could find particular products. I was given time to look at and try mattresses without feeling rushed. When I was ready to order, the staff member went through the process slowly and clearly, explaining where I had been offered discounts and the advantages of buying extra guarantees for the bed and mattress.

Glenn, who we met the previous day was again extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire range. We were undecided between two options and with further help were able to make a decision. He was also able to offer us some discretionary discount on some additional products which delighted us. He was persuasive but not at all pushy and again was so accomodating and warm to our 3 year old son who was happy exploring the store. Glenn made our whole purchase very easy and removed any doubts we had about how to choose and what suits our situation. Well done Dreams for a great service.
