Glenn and his colleague greeted us as soon as we entered. Both were very helpful , explaining about all the different mattresses. They then left us alone to browse but were always on hand if we needed any help. We were offered a drink too. The rapport they had between them was lovely to see , it made our shopping experience very relaxing . There was no pressure selling.

Assistant was very enthusiastic and helpful. He spent as much time as we needed with us and did not pressurise in any way. great range of products and prices. Delivery time perfect of us.
