Glenn advised me and was very knowledgeable without being pushy

We were greated when we stepped into the store, and asked what we were lookin for. The sales person Glenn was very helpful friendly and informative about the products that we were interested in. We were given time to try out several beds and given very comfortable pillows to try with the mattresses. We were also offerd a very nice cup of coffee whilst there, which we enjoyed. All in all this was a very pleasent experience and we would definitely recomend dreams to any one looking for a new bed.

From the moment we entered the store we were greated by Glenn. His friendliness and product knowledge was excellent. We first visited the store on 28.07.18 and revisited the following day. On both occassions we were offered a coffee of which we accepted each time. Glen's product knowledge was excellent. He did not put any pressure on us to purchase. His main concern was that we purchased the mattress that was right for us irrespective of price. After finally completing the sale it felt as if we had been meeting a friend. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

The experience was very impressive from start to finish, we initially went for a look around the day previous and the same level of care and expertise was evident throughout both visits. Glenn and Rachel were both highly informative, but not over pushy at the same time. Very attentive and offered us drinks on both occasions. Such a pleasant experience and I’d definitely recommend the store and staff to anyone.

We received all of the assistance we could have asked for. We told Rachel what we needed the mattress for and she helped guide us to a mattress that suited both of our needs
