Rachel was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Her product knowledge was excellent and was considerate to my needs and budget. I did not feel under pressure to purchase but chose to because of the service I received.

The lady who served us, Rachel, went above and beyond what would have been considered excellent service anyway. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted, spending time to find out what we were looking for and helping us get the best value for what we were spending. She was so helpful the Dreams will now be the first shop we go to when looking for bedding items.
