Glenn welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Asked us what we were looking for. Measured the height of the headboards. Offered us a drink and made both my mum and myself a coffee. Throughout the whole time we were there Glenn was excellent and gave great customer service

Glenn was a highly professional, courteous and polite assistant who made us feel welcome from when we first entered the store. Although we had 3 trips to the store before placing our order Glenn remained calm and welcoming each visit. Although Glenn was the only assistant at the store and there were other customers we never felt neglected or ignored. Glenn took us through the details of each mattress and we are sure that we have ordered exactly what we required.

Glenn was the employee who helped us with our sale and he was brilliant. He made the process very easy, he was knowledgable and helpful, we were offered a drink on arrival and we were very happy with our visit. He is a great employee.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Had called ahead (living 20 mins away) and made an appointment with Glen at the Southport store, briefly outlining our needs. On arrival he was smart, courteous and knowledgeable. It was clear he had taken our prerequisite requirements into account and nothing was too much trouble. There was no hard sell, just genuine desire to meet our needs to the best, given the outline budget we had intimated to begin with. We were offered refreshments on arrival. The shop floor was immaculate with every attention to detail. The Manager was fantastic in coming to arrangements over clearance items as part of an overall package and Ann was on hand for additional support and nothing was too much trouble. I haven't purchased a mattress for fourteen years as it is a huge expenditure for someone in my financial position. Left the store entirely happy, having had a thoroughly enjoyable experience with the Staff members at the Southport Store. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for their exceptionally high standard of service, cleanliness and presentation and their clear desire to ensure a great deal and Customer experience. Brilliant.

Salesperson was quick to greet me and obtain a rough idea of what I was looking for. She showed me a variety of mattresses and encouraged me to try them. She had a good knowledge of products and explained the different qualities of each mattress.
