As we entered your store we were greeted by your assistant, Amy, we told her the firmness of the bed we wanted, she then showed us the beds which met our requirements explaining the differences in each. We were offered and accepted a coffee from another assistant Glenn. As it was late on a Friday before a Bank Holiday we were the only customers in the shop so we had time to sit and discuss each bed in full. Both Amy and Glenn were very knowledgeable and answered my questions in full. Our decision made we paid and left feeling happy with our purchase.

The sales person, Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable.She advised us. and explained the products well. She was reassuring that if we weren’t completely satisfied we would be able to change the mattress but did explain that with the product we had chosen it was unlikely. My husband has medical problems that make sleeping difficult but Rachel was able to advise us well and was very patient.

Rachel was your customer advisor who immediately made us welcome, listened to our needs and helped us choose a good bed.

I was looking for a new mattress and Andy made the choice very easy and straightforward.

I was highly satisfied because from when we walked into the southport store we were welcomed by a smiley gentleman called Andy we said we were just browsing but after a bit he came round to us to see how we were doing, and we were grateful he did so, he guided us through a selection of beds, of all with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor, he also mentioned a deal with the pillow cases, which was hard to turn down. He explained thoroughly every bed and helped us to pick the right one for us, all without being pushy or advising us to buy an expensive one, well done! He was even kind enough to offer us a brew throughout all this, first time that's happened! Thanks Andy!

Rachel At Southport was excellent

The store is bright and clean, with easy parking. The sales staff are happy to leave you browsing but helpful and friendly with vast knowledge of the products when needed. I visited on Saturday spent a good hour in there guided by Andy, who understand my needs and empathised regards my back problem. We were offered tea, coffee or water. At no point were we made to feel pressured or rushed. I left and returned on Sunday with my own pillow, offered drinks again, and after around 40 minutes decided between the two shortlisted beds and finally made my purchase. Again absolutely no pressure.

Glenn and Rachel were friendly knowledgeable and most attentive with our enquiry and gave excellent service. We will be going back to them next time we require a bed

We had just visitited Bensons for Beds and left having spent 15 minutes in their store without any sales assistance. On entering the Dreams store the esperience was totally different. Andy made an effort to clearly understand our situation and needs. He explained the Dreams products very clearly and we were very satisfied with the selection we made. The whole experience could not have been easier.
