Staff very friendly and knew products gave time were not pushy

We bought our bed and mattress from the Southport store and the gentleman who served us was first class. Very friendly and helpful, and didn't oversell. Good job

Rachel and Glenn. New starter Glenn was helpful all the way through the process. The Manager (Rachel) was also on hand for the more technical information on the Ottoman which purchased with the Mattress. We felt as ease all the time and under no pressure, they even gave us a tea and Coffee whilst we walked around.

I went into store and was looking for a mattress and was immediately greeted upon my arrival. I told the advisors what I was looking for and was taken to try a few mattresses which were within my price range. I was able to try these out before buying so I could make a comparison. I was also given a pillow to use when them out. The advisors Andy and Glenn were both very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and offered several drinks during my stay and was very grateful due to the warm weather.

We were meet by Rachel as we walked in, told her that we were looking for a ottoman bed ,showed to the display area and told about the beds there,then Rachel took us over to the TV showed some more beds which was very informative and that made up our minds.Rachel was a very pleasant and knowledgeable. 10 out 10

I thought the range of beds and mattress were so good. Andy who took care of us ran through our needs and took us on an enjoyable journey to select the right product. I was so impressed by Dreams and your staff.

As soon as we entered the store we we felt welcomed. We were advised on the products in store and allowed time to browse on our own with help available when we needed it.
