Andy was fantastic - helped me with the different options ( I have a house which is designed to make it impossible to get large items up the stairs) also very helpful in getting me to try the different tyoes of mattresses.

Staff at your Southport showroom were extemely helpful and not pushy. Our questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. We did not intend to buy a bed that day but we were helped towards what we were looking for, so thank you.

We visited the store initially while at the shop next door just to see what was available. On entering we were asked if we required assistance but declined as we thought we knew what we wanted to look at. We could not find what we where looking for and consulted the shop assistant who we first saw on entering. He turned out to be very knowledgeable and assisted us with what would be best for our needs and best pricing. He was not overpowering and was most helpful and efficient. We decided to purchase after thoroughly enjoying the shopping visit to this store.

Your person listened to what I wanted and then met my needs. He didn't try to sell me something else but went over and above to fulfil my requirements.

Ann looked after us very well: she was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and honest. The process of purchasing the matress was enjoyable(!) and stress free as a result of her help and advice. Thank you Ann.

Staff where very knowledgeable and friendly, they answered all our questions and were very patient with us as we were indecisive.

I did not feel pushed into a higher spec bed, I was given a few different options of different price ranges, then all the info on each product was provided and I was able to make my own decision. Phil and Andy were available when needed but didn’t overcrowd me
