Helpful and friendly sales advisors

Very well run and organised store. Andy made us feel very welcome and helped us alot, as the person looking for a bed was disabled and in a wheelchair. Andy made us coffee/tea and advised us about all the beds and options.

Good staff. The items in store for me to look at - even if they were in different colours or sizes. And the fact that on both times I have purchased goods, the staff have been helpful. I cant wait for my bed to be delivered. (just hope I do not have to pay delivery)

The staff were helpful and had a good knowledge of what they were selling.

Went to the Southport store to look at a new bed. Ann was very friendly, offered us a cup of tea while we were walking round She was very knowledgeable about the products in store and was able to recommend a mattress for me and my wife. We also received some discount from the store manager because we paid in full.
