The staff and manager were outstanding. Very friendly and very experienced. Nothing was too much to ask. They listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us anything other than what we wanted. Compared to other shops we experienced in looking for a bed these were the best!

Both sales persons were extremely helpful, patient, and understanding of my needs. They were both knowledgable and professional and made me feel welcome and a valued customer even though this was my first visit to this store.

The service was excellent, the staff were very attentive and professional.

I really nice understanding, salesman named Andy. I have mental and physical health problems and he explained everything and my brother who came with me, at my own pace and answered any questions. I wasn't rushed at all and was allowed to lie on the beds to try them out. The salesman Andy, talked to both of us to make sure we understood in the best way possible.

Best out of five bed retailers we visited by far. Immediately more welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The staff were lovely and offered a cup of tea. There was not a hint of pressure sales and the deal was amazing. Totally delighted. absolutely recommended.

Jonny the salesman was very knowledgeable and patient and not at all pushy. He gave us good information, left us to discuss and then came back to see if he could help us further.

got what i was shopping for.

We were shopping for a headboard and the first one we were shown was the one we chose. The assistants were very pleasant and helpful. Our order was placed quickly and the headboard will be delivered in 10days time.

The store colleague (Phil) was extremely helpful but at no time pushy. He very quickly guided me to make the correct purchase without any fuss and did not try to sell me something I didn’t want or more expensive item. The whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend dreams at southport
