the shop was empty of customers when we went in. Andy said hello to us & then left us free to browse. When we approached him for assistance he explained the difference between the products we had looked at. We went in to buy a mattress after doing some research online & because there was a sale on we ended up buying a base & a headboard as well. Phil made us a cuppa whilst we completed the paperwork. Excellent customer service !

Nothing was too much trouble, we were shown lots and lots beds and mattresses for us to try until we found one that was just what we wanted, we felt just like the three bears

Cant remember the last time we experienced such helpful service. Not pushy at all, but most helpful and clearly knowledgable. Walked away very happy with 2 fabulous new pillows and a new bed ordered which sounds amazing for all my needs, only downside was having to wait for my new bed but I can live with that. Be sure to keep those staff at Southport for when we come back in 8 years time, or before with family.

very clean store items well priced and clear to what you pay no hidden charges good quality products the store manager looked at what I was after he went online to see the spec of the matress and then showed me your own matress which saved me £150 so well pleased

Mark was very professional and friendly, he fully understood my requirements and spent the time ensuring I made the right decision without any pushy sales patter or trying to sell me more expensive products or additional items Mark and his colleagues on this day were very welcoming and made me feel at ease and under no pressure at all.
