Straightforward, simple transaction

Clearly listened to my requirements and directed me toward a comparative range of mattresses.

Very satisfied with the sales man,he seemed very clued up on mattresses, and we were offered a coffee.what more can I say.

We came to visit Dreams about 3 weeks ago, we met a lovely salesman named Joe who helped us to find our potential new bed. We went away as at the time we couldnt afford to purchase, sat on the idea and came back. We came back mainly because Joe seemed very down to earth and the ideal salesman, not pushy, full of facts and very understandable. He worked with us to create a deal that was affordable to us - granted we had to stretch our budget but thats the aim isnt it and we even bought a mattress! We are very happy and made the right decision. Joes an absolute star, thank you. We look forward to taking receipt of our new Superking 😄

Omar was very helpful i visited the store twice on each occasion i got first class assistance and he was very helpful and not pushy at all

I went into the store in Thorp arch to buy a mattress and was looked after by Omar, who quickly understood the type I was looking for and showed me a number of choices. Once I had tried a few and understood the type of springs and content of each mattress I came to a decision and my order was processed very quickly and the delivery slot was to my convenience. Omar was very polite and friendly and even gave my granddaughter, who was with me, some crayons and colouring pictures to keep her occupied. My overall experience was a good one and I certainly will shop here again

Good choice of products - value for money. The knowledge and friendly customer service especially as we arrived rather late in the day.
