Joe helped us choose a tempur mattress we did not know we could choose how soft or hard the mattress was, this was explained and we tried all to make sure we chose the one to suit us. also explained that building the bedstead was available at an extra cost which seams reasonable. great customer experience.

We were extremely pleased with our purchase of a double bed, Joe our assistant was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses.

we were greeted as friends and offered a cup of tea or coffee. Nicola was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We were very happy with our purchase and the service and friendliness of your staff. If we need anything else in the future we would certainly come to you. . We liked your arrangements for disposing of our old mattress. The green bags are a good idea and will make it easy for us to get rid of the old mattress which is usually a problem.

Omar came over straight away and helped. He took me to a selection of beds and asked for specifics I was looking for and even offered me a cup of tea!

Joe was brilliant ..non pushy helpful ...loved the shop as it was nice and relaxed ..no sales people following us around ,friendly on arrival ....we came from a rivals shop and it was a nightmare ....this shop was lovely , we were offered drinks and Joe was very knowledgeable ....I’m delighted with my bed it’s wonderful and I slept well last night

Nicola spent time with us on two separate occasions, advising us which mattress would be most suitable. She was patient whilst we kept changing our mind and wasn’t in the slightest bit pushy!

We were greeted by the very friendly and helpful sales assistant, Nicola who made us feel very welcome from the moment we entered the store, we could see that she was busy as we came in but this wasn't a problem, Nicola acknowledged us straight away and was only too happy to discuss our needs,after offering us a drink she left us to try a few different mattresses while she went away to make the drinks, Nicola then chatted to us about our needs and budget etc,she was very helpful in explaining the different types and construction of the mattresses,after giving us some advice Nicola left us alone to try the mattresses and make some decisions, reassuring us that she was at hand if we needed her,all in all it was a very relaxed enjoyable buying experience!
