Graham was friendly and greeted us well when we arrived at the store. His product knowledge was excellent and was able to answer all of our questions. He was polite and friendly. A cup of tea was provided which was a pleasant surprise. Once Graham had established what we were looking for he explained all the options and demonstrated the products thoroughly. He then left us to try the beds with the pillow of our choice which was a bonus. A very pleasing aspect was the mattress we eventually purchased is made locally with local products as much as possible. Graham had a pleasant manner and made our visit enjoyable from start to finish.

Knowledge of the staff about the items in store. We were made very welcome and told to take our time in particular when choosing the mattress. We were given a coffee which made the whole experience friendly and we weren't under pressure to buy.

Quick and painless, good deal, good staff

Our assistant, Charlotte, was attentive and professional throughout the sale. We did not feel rushed and everything we asked for was provided. We came away highly satisfied with the whole experience. Omar was also exceptional.
