Warm welcome on entering the shop was impressed with display. the overall look was very good. The sales assistant was very pleasant and very helpful lets us brows round, when we had looked at several beds he explained the different firmness of the mattress. He offered us a drink and also fetched a pillow for me to try. Was very impressed with the service we received.

Charlotte did an amazing job of looking after me and helping me choose a bed that was right for me.

The adviser was fantastic, he made a fantastic deal for us on an awesome mattress, and helped find a mattress for our son.

well on reflection I think we paid more than we should have we have ended up with a" non branded " mattress with a one year guarantee. With hindsight I should have done a bit more research ,Just hoping I don't regret the purchase

sales person was very understanding of our needs, delivery team smart and left the room clean after putting our bed together and understanding our needs as pensioners, gladly recommend dreams.
