Buying one king sized bed plus mattress and another king sized mattress, I would like to have been able to negotiate a bit more discount!

Just personally I don’t like to have sales men approach me as soon as I walk into a shop, I prefer to able to look around without being prompted about everything I stop and look at. However, the salesman was very helpful with what we wanted, once we had approached him and were ready to talk.

I was very satisfied, to say highly satisfied would mean there was no room for improvement.

The items we picked did not have much discount. The bed removal service should be Included.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to dreams the sales assistant was really friendly and professional and really helpful. The only thing I would of liked to see was a more variety of furniture.

Kept waiting for over half an hour after my order was placed and payment made while manager tried to fix the photocopier! In the end I had to ask how much longer I had to sit and watch him try to repair it and couldn’t they give me a manual receipt. He did get a bit stroppy telling me the order and my payment was on the system but I told him he had £800 of my money and I would like a receipt for it, he then gave the young man who had served me a manual order pad and told him to fill it out, I didn’t like his attitude

Joe was friendly attentive and professional. He knew the product range very well and was able to tailor the products we needed whilst giving us good value for money. The reason I gave the answer of neither satisfied or dissatisfied on the question on value for money doesn't reflect on his service at all. Purchasing three beds altogether is always going to be expensive.

Pleasant surrounding plenty of choice, also screens if we didn't find the product we were looking for.
