We were intending to purchase on the day. The assistance we received was excellent we actually went to a competitor after visiting your store and went back to purchase. The assistant had given us so much assistance that we New exactly what we would receive and the value we were getting.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They gave great advice and explained everything I needed to know very well. Customer service was excellent. Range of beds was good and there were up to date styles and colours. I was encouraged to take my time deciding and felt I could ask whatever questions I needed to. I was even given a very welcome cup of coffee!
