The salesman, Robert, was very helpful when asked but also was not pushy when we wanted to be left alone. The Store was tidy and well laid out compared to the Benson's store which was exactly the opposite. Overall a pleasant experience.

Laura was helpful and knowledgeable. She quickly identified our needs and gave us options. She was respectful and not pushy to make a sale. Excellent service.

We found that Paula and all her colleagues very helpful and obliging nothing was to much trouble for them ,they we very accomadating in the way they looked after us.

The range of mattresses was great, store is clean and tidy and Rob was very knowledgeable. Even though we arrived around 7.30pm he still seemed more than happy to spend time helping us pick out the right mattress for us.

I originally telephoned the store and spoke to an assistant called Paula, she was incredibly helpful so I went into the store where she then helped me to chose the right mattress for my needs

I wasn't jumped on as soon as I walked into the shop which gave me time to look at the choices. After a while the assistant asked me if I needed any help which by then I did. She listened to my explanation why I needed a new mattress and showed her the ones I thought were the most comfortable and suited my needs. She suggested the most suitable alternatives and was very patient while I hopped from bed to bed. I took my husband back in the evening and once again was offered advice but didn't feel pressurised. Spent more than we were planning but understand why we made our choice. Thank you to the two girls in Plymouth Dreams shop.
