The staff. Friendly and couldn't do more for you

Both my partner and I felt we were look after very well. The sales lady was very helpful and providing us with the time and knowledge to enable us to make a decision on the of the product we decided to purchase.

A good display of product to choose from and all of good quality. The staff member who assisted with our choice and purchase was helpful with a friendly and professional manner.

We were allowed to look at every thing on show until we narrowed down to a couple of items . Then when we were ready we were given expert advice on the item that we required .

The sales assistant, Laura, could not have been more helpful or kind to our requirements, even offering us a drink which we grateful accepted,the customer Service given was above and beyond any experience I have had before, I would recommend a 10 out of 10 for Laura and the service we received, we only went for a mattress but with the knowledge given to us for our sleep needs, ended up buying a full package costing over £4,000 which we deservedly needed, justified by us, as our 43 year wedding anniversary present to ourselves. Revenue highly deserved for your company by the professionalism of your Staff. I will highly recommend your company to everyone I can.
