The assistant was very knowledgable, not pushy at all, very friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome and helped over and above .. very impressed. Really liked the machine we went on to analyse sleep

Assistance given was exemplary. More than one colleague helped when the need arose. I was given lots of time to consider all my options without any pressure.

The staff (Paula) were extremely helpful, made you feel at ease I did not feel pressured into buying the bed as once we were shown the ones sleepmatch suggested we were left to try them out on are own and as soon as we had decided Paula was there to take the order.
