Emma was so helpful, we were shopping on the top floor and with every request and question she would willingly go up and down the stairs to find this out for us quickly. Found everything I needed and had completed the sale within half an hour. Was very satisfied with the shopping experience. Also was a fan of the military discount applied. Thankyou

It was the best place we have been for shopping for a bed. We were helped all along the way and never felt pressured to buy anything or like we were being rushed along. Rob explained absolutely everything, and helped us to understand the difference between mattresses which up until that point had been a mystery. The price of our bed and mattress is significantly less than other places we went for a superior quality and the delivery is exactly the date we were hoping for. Jane put our order through and was brilliant, talking through each point and making sure we were happy with our decision. She also went through the different extra options, but it never felt like she was pressuring us to buy anything and had our interests above making money out of us. This has not been the case in my past experience in other stores. The other people working in the store were also fantastic and funny though I didn’t get their names. Overall everyone just seemed like they enjoyed working there and when we left we felt happy.

Laura approaches us as as we were looking at the TV beds available, she offered us a drink and go on the sleep match machine that helped us choose the perfect mattress that was comfortable for both of us, she shown us how to operate the Ottoman part of the bed as well as the controls for the TV bed (as this is our for t one) she even took us around the store to show us what the bed would look like on other colours to help us choose the perfect match, nothing was too much of an ask and she answered all questions in a friendly and professional manner, she even helped us choose the perfect pillow to go with our new bed, we could not be more happy :)
